Q: Are alice products vegan, organic, or gluten-free?
A: Yes! We take a lot of pride in our sourcing and the quality of every ingredient we put in our chocolates. All alice chocolates are made with organic ingredients, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and made in the USA.

Q: Are your ingredients organic?
A: We use organic and non-GMO ingredients wherever possible. Our functional mushrooms are lab-tested for quality, purity, and potency.

Q: Will alice products make me trip or show up on a drug test?
A: Never. alice products contain functional mushrooms like Lions Mane, Cordyceps and Reishi. Functional mushrooms are fully legal everywhere in the world, and are an entirely different category of mushrooms to those that can create a psychedelic experience. So no matter how much alice chocolate you consume, you won’t trip or risk failing a drug test.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States. For international shipments, we ship to U.K, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We’re working on more international shipping — stay tuned!

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: We can ship to P.O. boxes but there are carrier and state restrictions, so physical addresses are best! If you live in Hawaii, you must provide a physical address.

Q: If I order today, when will my order arrive?
A: We fulfill Monday-Friday and aim to pack orders within 24 hours of receiving them. For domestic orders, you should receive your alice 3-5 business days from the moment you place it! International orders currently take 11-14 days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking once it ships

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes — expedited options are available at checkout.

Q: What if my chocolate melts during shipping?
A: We package carefully and may use ice packs in warmer weather. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@alicemushroomofficial.com — we’ll make it right.

Q: How can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once your order is placed and processed, we’re unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order since we strive to fulfill orders asap. If you need help, email us at info@alicemushroomofficial.com — we can’t guarantee any changes or cancellations, but we’ll do our best!
