CHOCOLATES:

We’ve got your back with a 30-day guarantee 🙂
We encourage you to try alice for at least 3 weeks to give the long-term benefits of our functional mushrooms time to compound in your body! With that in mind, you can request a refund for any of our chocolate products (Brainstorm, Nightcap, or Happy Ending) within 30 days of your first purchase. Please reach out to us at info@alicemushroomofficial.com for help. 

Even if you don’t love alice, someone else in your circle might!
Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we can’t resell any products that have left our warehouse. This means we can’t accept returns or exchanges of any chocolate products, even if they are unopened. Help us save some carbon emissions by giving your extra chocolates to a friend!

MERCH:

Unlike our chocolates, merchandise like sweatshirts, sweatpants, and hats can be returned!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return of merchandise, you can contact us at info@alicemushroomofficial.com and we’ll get you started! Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@alicemushroomofficial.com

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us ASAP if the product is damaged/melted or if you receive the wrong item. Our Customer Experience team will make it right — just reach out to info@alicemushroomofficial.com

REFUND PROCESSING:

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@alicemushroomofficial.com.
