📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Please note: During high-volume periods (holiday seasons or product launches), processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience!

We currently ship within the U.S, U.K, Canada, Europe and Australia. We are actively working on expanding international shipping options.

🍫 Heat-Sensitive Packaging

Because our chocolates are sensitive to heat, we take extra steps to protect your order:

  • Thermal insulation and/or ice packs may be included during warmer months (at no extra cost)

  • We may delay shipping during extreme weather to ensure product quality

  • To prevent melting, we may only ship Monday through Wednesday

🔎 Tracking & Delivery

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal regulations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
